Background: Came home from Paris where she had been sent after her mother was believed to have died. Met Cruz(ex-cop) with whom she has tried many times to get married with. The first attempt failed when a fire started on the Restaurant Orient Express. When her father was in a coma she almost pulled out the plug on him but she fainted before that. His father was pulled the plug on and she believed that she had done that and felt so guilty that she left Cruz and married Kirk, his father`s employee, who then blackmailed her and tried to kill her. Was engaged to Cruz Castillo and when planning to get married at the mountains she went there on her own and was pushed down a cliff. She became paralysed and she is not able to walk. She was saved by a mountain man by the name of Cain, a Vietnam veteran who fell in love with her and kept her prisoner. When she escaped from the mountains she had learned to walk with a cain but she hurted her back again and doctors said that she will never be able to walk again. Her only hope was Cain who was suffering from an amnesia after Cruz shot him. She pushed Cruz away from her because she didn`t want Cruz to pitty her and to live with a person who will always need help. Eden is a person who always get`s into trouble. She was worried for Cruz who was in jail for the murder of Elena Nikolas. She learned again to walk and Cruz was the first one to see that. She helped Cruz to escape with the help of Pearl and Cain. She was held prisoner together with Cruz by Eden`s ex-husband Kirk Cranston. She got married in 1988 to Cruz in the place she was conseved in. Then she got raped by the video-rapist and he tormented her for months after that. She then found out that she was pregnant and the rapist could be the father. She gave birth to a baby girl in a cave at new year by Cruz and then she was tormented when the baby was kidnapped by the rapist who turned out to be her own doctor. She suffered from bleadings and was operated. The baby was kidnapped when only under a week old.
