He is a graduate of Princeton University, where he was a theology major. He starred in the feature film "Sudden Death" and was featured in "Bolero". He has guest starred on "High Mountain Rangers" and played a leading role in "A Table at Ciro`s" part of the PBS "Tales from Hollywood" Series. His theatrical experience includes a role in the acclaimed production of "The Birds" at La Mama and the off-Broadway production of "Sudden Death". He is known to daytime audiences from his role as Steve Andropolis on "As the World Turns" and was voted one of "The Top Three Popular Leading Men" on Daytime Drama for 4 consecutive years. Off camera Frank has served a stint as a disc jockey for a Los Angeles Rock station and has appeared as stand-up comic at "The Improvisation" and "Catch a Rising Star". He is also a skilled classical, jazz and ragtime pianist and has been studying directing and screenwriting. He has played a priest also in 1996 on "Melrose Place".
